I have experience in enterprise and commercial software. I have a good working knowledge of English and a medium working knowledge of Spanish; I'm fluent in Romanian and Hungarian.
Between 2007 and 2012 I was working for a small USA software company as member of a virtual team - my tasks were ranging from coding, testing and documenting software to customer support.
Since 2013 I've been doing virtual assistance and software testing.
During the last year I've taken courses in order to specialize in e-Learning, and I've elaborated my first online course as a volunteer at an NGO.
I'm familiar with various online software tools like Office 365, SharePoint, Google Drive, Windows and Linux hosting, Moodle, Bugzilla, TeamWorkPM, KanBanTool, Trello, social media.
Beyond simple web search I can do contextual search and shortlisting solutions to a particular problem.
My desktop system is running Windows 10, I have cabled Internet connection with over 50 MB/s upstream.
I'm available during 1-2 contiguous time blocks daily for the job - based on a commonly agreed schedule.
I'm available for voice chat for internal meetings, but I can do only non-voice support for customers.
