Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end video production process. Coordinate with the team (scriptwriter, video editor, SEO specialist, narrator, and researcher) to ensure timely delivery of videos. Review and approve video content for quality and adherence to channel guidelines. Plan and maintain the content schedule to ensure a consistent upload frequency. Collaborate with the SEO specialist to optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags. Ensure that all videos align with the channel's vision, tone, and audience preferences. Requirements: Proven experience in managing YouTube video production or similar projects. Knowledge of video editing tools and production processes. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Fluent in Hindi (spoken and written). Familiarity with YouTube's algorithm and best practices for growth. Ability to work remotely and coordinate with a distributed team.
