Video Assistant Editor Needed for Premiere Pro

I'm currently in need of an assistant editor to help edit four videos, each featuring a conversation between two individuals. The videos are multi-camera, approximately 40 minutes long each, and need to be trimmed down to about 30-35 minutes while keeping all the best moments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cueing and marking key segments of the conversation
- Creating a format for marking the key segments
- Updating and correcting the manual transcripts
- Adjusting the camera angles to transition between speakers and the wide shot
- Syncing audio tracks with video clips to ensure proper synchronization.
The ideal candidate for this role should have extensive experience with video editing in Premiere Pro, particularly with multi-camera setups. Strong attention to detail is a must for both the editing and transcript correction tasks. The goal is to prepare the footage for my editor so that they can focus solely on the final touches without having to correct transcripts or adjust camera angles.
The final edited videos should have a casual and conversational tone.
