I'm seeking a skilled specialist with a deep understanding of user testing methodologies for physical products. The ideal candidate will possess real world experience in orchestrating beta testing phases and gathering comprehensive user feedback for POC products. (It's 1 x physical item and not digital) Responsibilities: Develop and implement a robust testing plan tailored to the unique characteristics of our physical POC product. Design and administer user-friendly surveys or questionnaires for testing sessions, ensuring ease of use and clarity of feedback. Teach me about in-person testing sessions with participants, guiding me through product interactions and collecting detailed feedback on usability, functionality, and overall experience. Utilise observational techniques and qualitative analysis methods to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the product design. Requirements: Proven experience in conducting in all phases of testing for physical products, demonstrating a strong grasp of early stage beta testing principles and methodologies. Ability to design and administer surveys or questionnaires tailored specifically for testing of physical products with a comprehensive strategy. Proficiency in observational techniques and qualitative analysis methods for gathering user feedback. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on identifying actionable insights to inform product development decisions. ----- In simple terms, I have a POC I would like to start collecting user feedback from and require a really comprehensive plan in place which is very user friendly to initiate. It's very imporant the data collected is diverse and effective to help navigate if and we to progress from a POC to Prototype phase.
