Need a small fix for my Shopify store and ongoing support

I currently need a small fix of adding a button to the shopping cart. Shopify says it's about fifteen minutes.
It is a bit difficult to define a minor repair as a project. You need to see the basket on the website and add a "continue shopping" button that takes the buyer back to continue shopping. I talked to Shopify's support and they said that this is something that any certified Shopify can do in fifteen minutes.
I'm looking for continued, recurring support afterwards.
