Power BI Specialist for Live Dashboard Integration with Office 365 and Snapforms We are seeking a Power BI technician to build a live dashboard for pre-employment medical assessments. The dashboard should integrate with Office 365, be able to use Snapforms events as triggers, and allow for external access. The information below is an indication of what is required. The final scope can be defined in consultation with our subject matter experts. Configure Snapforms submissions to trigger events in Power BI. Automate the placement of PDF files into a designated SharePoint location upon Snapforms submission. Trigger an updated CSV file for questionnaires to be added to the Power BI dashboard. Utilise Power BI to create relationships between data on booking and assessment forms Link to PDF reports added to SharePoint for both online questionnaires and face-to-face (F2F) assessment reports. Generate a live dashboard showcasing: Candidate name Role applied for Location Links to reports for online and/or F2F questionnaires Booking date, time, and location Additional relevant fields (e.g., risk rating) Create visual tiles representing the status of assessments: processing, in progress, completed. Implement slicers to allow users to search and filter data by specific dates, risk ratings, and other criteria. Deliverables: A fully functional, live Power BI dashboard providing real time data to our clients on pre employment medical bookings and reports. Documentation outlining the dashboard setup, data flows, and maintenance procedures.
