Taking real estate careers to the next level. We are looking for a sales representative to join our team and close deals with prospects to sign up to our program.
Position Details: In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging prospects who have expressed interest in our services, scheduling sales appointments, and conducting Zoom-based sales calls to present our system to realtors. Your goal will be to convert these opportunities into closed deals by effectively demonstrating the value of our services. You’ll also track and optimise sales metrics, such as show-up rates and closing rates, while working closely with the team for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Contact warm leads generated via inbound SMS messages and book sales appointments. Conduct Zoom sales presentations to guide realtors through our system and services. Track and improve key performance metrics, such as call show-up rates and close rates. Regularly review your performance, participate in team feedback sessions, and refine your sales approach to improve results. Work collaboratively with the company founder and team to align on strategies and growth objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in high-ticket sales, preferably with experience in appointment setting and closing deals.
Real Estate Industry Knowledge: Experience working in or familiarity with the real estate sector is a plus, but not required.
Tech Savvy: You must be comfortable using tools like Calendly, CRM's, Slack, and WhatsApp to manage appointments and communications.
Strong Communication Skills: Confidence in conducting Zoom calls and presenting high-ticket offers to prospective clients is essential.
Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: We’re looking for someone who is proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to continuously improve their performance.
Full-Time Commitment: Must be available to work full-time and within Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Compensation: Commission-Based: Earn 10% commission per closed deal, with services priced between $2,500 and $6,000. This gives you the potential to earn $250 to $600 per closed deal.
