Build me a 3d scene!

I want to produce the following scene (to represent various aspects of the drug, Bisacodyl). Ignore the parenthesis (those are just references for what the various elements represent).
The “Busy-code” drug-dealer [Bisacodyl] hacker in the Sienna [Senna] minivan drove with a steering wheel made out of nerves [acts on nerves], while stool came out [relieves constipation] of the exhaust pipe.
The model does not need to have any animation, but it can if it makes it easier for you.
You can create in Blender, Maya, or any other 3d platform you prefer.
I would want to be able to obtain the final 3d model so that I can navigate it myself.
