Tiny Registry Modifying Utility

We require a very simple registry modifying utility creating. The utility will be used to circumvent the Outlook attachment security issues described in: [login to view URL];en-us;829982 [login to view URL];en-us;Q290497 Basically, the application needs to determine which versions of Office are installed (may be more than one version) and allow the user to check a list of boxes as to which file types he/she wishes to allow. Then the user should click OK (or whatever) and the registry changes should be made. You can see an example of this sort of application (yet with a bad interface) at [login to view URL] This is a VERY simple application and can be created in seconds. It needs to target all versions of Office and be as bug-free as possible. The interface needs to be clean and tidy, XP-styled if possible. Quick job this, and a guaranteed 10 rating for good coder.
