I am looking for a professional developer to create an ad network platform that supports Real-Time Bidding (RTB) with the following features:
Core Features:
1. Ad Formats Supported:
- Banner Ads
- Video Instream Ads
- Popunder Ads
- Native Ads (ads that seamlessly blend with website content, supporting various layout styles)
- In-Page Push Ads (web-based push notifications that don't require browser subscriptions)
- Support for custom ads using HTML5/JavaScript
2. Account Management:
- For Publishers:
- Dashboard to track earnings, impressions, and ad performance.
- Ability to generate and manage ad tags.
- Support for managing filler ads when primary ads are unavailable.
- For Advertisers:
- Dashboard to create, manage, and monitor campaigns.
- Support for setting daily budgets, CPC/CPM, and audience targeting.
- Capability to add video ads via third-party VAST tags.
3. Traffic Security and Filtering:
- AI-based fraud detection to identify fake clicks and bot traffic.
- Traffic filters based on country, device, browser, and other parameters.
- Integration with third-party services for traffic quality validation (e.g., GeoEdge, Forensiq).
4. RTB (Real-Time Bidding) Support:
- Server-side bidding for both advertisers and publishers.
- OpenRTB protocol support.
5. Ad Delivery and Video Support:
- Real-time delivery of ad impressions via optimized ad tags.
- Capability to display video ads using third-party VAST tags.
- Fallback support for filler ads when no primary ad is available.
6. Reporting and Analytics:
- Real-time statistics for impressions, clicks, CTR, and revenue.
- Comprehensive reports exportable in CSV or PDF formats.
Additional Features:
