right now each page has the menu codes pasted in it.
i need someone to create a menu script like ex.
<?php include_once '../[login to view URL]'; ?>
and paste it in all the pages instead of having each page with the code inserted.
and when you are in one page, the page link in the menu should be highlighted.

also i need to add a red notification icon. in the menu for Messages and Payslip
whenever a new message is inserted , it should show the red notification icon with the total of messages.
and whenever a new payslip is inserted , it should show the red notification icon with the total of payslips.
when the user open messages, the notification should disappear on the menu.
