Load credit applications and related forms to database which we can email to customer.

Open file and it says select which supplier applications you want to complete – We select after discussions with customer. Including select all option, or customer selects if we do not.

Create master sheet that has all the same information as is on the credit applications/forms.

Currently 7 different apps (multiple pages) ability to add more to program and delete current easilty. Somehow code apps from supplier. So these pages are supplier Bonita, etc.

Customer enters info on master sheet and it populates all the same items on all the applications and forms

Once forms have been completed, system reviews to assure everything was filled in. If not it highlights item and takes pharmacy to it. So it may SAY – A few items still need your attention – Please see highlighted items.

When all forms complete it says please sign here and all the forms with signature blanks are signed.

It says please upload the Pharmacies State License and DEA, option if cannot upload instruction for them to email to _____________

Customer can email us back complete applications. (maybe button?) and option for them to save to their computer.

We can select applications individually by name Healthsource, Bonita, etc so we can send to supplier.

Provide written instructions/manual.
