we have create one Website with just 6 Products:

Now we need Pricesteps for every product:
Qty | Price | Weight
<100 | 4 Euro | 1 KG
<200 | 7.50 Euro | 2 KG
...
<100000 | 1200 Euro | 100 KG
The Prices Calculate Automatic, and in the Shopping Cart calculate automatical the weight and Price.
Now we have this Modul and a Demo Excel to create the Setup:
