My Lenovo Ideapad running Linux Ubuntu has encountered a serious problem. After a normal shutdown, I restarted the laptop only to be met with a tty1 login prompt. Despite multiple attempts, including using recovery mode and various key combinations (Ctrl+Alt+f1, f2, f3, f5, f12), I cannot bypass this screen.
The situation has become critical as I have important data on the laptop that hasn't been backed up. The problem seems to have been triggered after I removed the package called libimobiledevice to stop direct iPhone access.
Skills and experience ideal for this job include:
- Extensive knowledge of Linux Ubuntu
- Experience troubleshooting Lenovo Ideapad
- Data recovery skills
- Ability to work under pressure
I'm in urgent need of a professional who can help me resolve this issue and recover my data. Please reach out if you're able to assist. Thank you.
