3. Material Requirements

The frame material is high-density carbon fiber for durability and lightweight construction. The core material is soft EVA foam for high control and shock absorption. The surface is made of textured fiberglass or carbon fiber with a matte or sandpaper-like finish for spin enhancement. The edge guard is a shock-absorbent rubber layer, 3 to 4 mm thick.

8. Advanced Performance Analysis

It will also analyze ball behavior during common padel shots, such as viboras (snake shots) to measure spin generation and trajectory curvature, bandejas (smash slices) to simulate ball deceleration, slice effects, and rebound trajectory, and lobs to assess ball rebound height, spin, and trajectory control. The analysis will generate visualizations, graphs, and key metrics, including spin rate, trajectory, and rebound angles.

The FEA analysis will test the structural integrity of the racket under gameplay conditions, including ball impact forces ranging from 30 to 50 N and repeated strain during swings and smashes. It will evaluate stress, strain, and deformation across the frame and include safety factor calculations and recommendations for material optimization.

The vibration analysis will assess vibration transmission from ball impact to the handle and the player’s hand. The dynamic response of the racket to ball impact forces will be modeled, focusing on vibration frequency at the point of contact and the amplitude of vibrations transmitted to the handle. The analysis will identify design improvements to reduce vibration and enhance comfort, including material adjustments or damping layers. Deliverables will include frequency-response curves, vibration amplitude charts, and design recommendations.

9. Deliverables

The freelancer will deliver CAD models in formats such as STEP, STL, or IGES, along with 2D drawings that include labeled dimensions and annotations. High-quality 3D renderings of the racket will be provided for visualization. The CFD analysis report will include visualizations and performance metrics for drag, ball dynamics, and shot-specific behaviors. The FEA analysis report will contain stress-strain diagrams, safety factor assessments, and material improvement recommendations. The vibration analysis report will include frequency-response data, vibration amplitude charts, and recommendations for structural adjustments.

10. Timeline

The expected completion time for the project is 14 to 21 days, including CAD modeling, CFD, FEA, and vibration analysis.
