Vba Macro to find the extension of a file

When I download a file from Internet it can either be xlsx, xlsm or xlsb, but it downloads it without the extension, so I have to guess it. I want a Macro that can identify it just by the content of the file itself. Instead of that you could provide me with a Macro that download files from the Internet and does not need the extension hardcoded. Right now the Macro I use needs to have the extension hardcoded and I dont have it.
