I am a graduate with an honors degree in accountancy from Calcutta University. I chose call center as my career from the time I was pursuing graduation and I have been successful in my job for 15 years. I have been associated with international call centers only & worked in all highly English-speaking countries. As a call center executive, I have explored several verticals like inbound/outbound telemarketing ( B2C & B2B ), cold calling, appointment setting & customer support ( phone, email & chat ).
