Customer support and success for our Marketing SaaS

Hi there,
We are searching for a person to work with us in the long term to help our customers adopt and easily use Customerly.
Customerly is the definitive operating system for SaaS.
Our main customer support manager is leaving in July cause the Ukrainian war and we need someone immediately to take care of the customer support inquiries.
This is what you are going to do on daily basis:
- Help customers via live chat (Customerly)
- Searching for opportunities to help other customers succeed in your spare time.
- Reporting to the team bugs and anomalies
Once or twice a week we'll have a dedicated meeting to speak about product improvements and pending issues to solve.
You need to have medium to advanced knowledge of the following concepts:
- Live Chat software
- Help Center software
- Marketing automation software
- Email Marketing
- NPS & Surveys
- User Segmentation
English must be fluent in writing and speaking since sometimes you will have meetings with customers.
Other languages are appreciated but not required.
Technological knowledge would be the cherry on top but not a requirement for now.
In the first month, you will be followed by us to learn about the product.
You will have plenty of documentation to assist the customers and reply on your own.
We'll need you to sign our NDA to handle customer data.
