Business Analyst (Documenting business processes, tasks, workflows)

I require a seasoned Business Analyst who is well-versed in documenting business process/task/workflow.
*** The output of your documentation will be used as an input for CRM development. Therefore, it is imperative that any output you produce can be used as source material for our CRM developer. ***
. Tasks would include:
- Conducting a detailed gathering of requirements
- Comprehensive analysis of our business processes, tasks, workflows
- Documenting such processes, tasks, workflows.
The incumbent is expected to have vast experience in:
- documenting business processes, tasks and workflows for the use in CRM development
- project management skills (this is a subset of a large project; the project itself must run parallel to active operations as will this role)
You must be native/fluent in English as you will be liaising extensively with our sales and onboarding department (English only) to undertand the processes, tasks, workflows.
Analytical and documentation skills are a must to transform our processes into system requirements effectively.
Deliverables include process/task and workflow diagrams of business processes to be used in a CRM ([login to view URL] to be specific).
The incumbent can utilise software applications of their choosing (i.e. Miro, Flowchat Maker, Visio, etc).
This role is a subset of a large project. There are no 'deadlines', no 'budget'. We prefer to retain the right professional to deliver the correct material, than apply pressure with deadlines, or pay poorly (thus generating poor outcomes).
