Azure MongoDB, Function and IoT Implementation

For my project, I require the a seasoned Azure specialist. Your skills should encompass: The Task is quite straight forward: we will provide the Azure account, - setup a MongoDB database on azure - create a timer function to run every hour, this function looks for new data on database. - if the function gets new data, send a message through MQTT of Azure IOT hub. (we will share the message format) • Azure MongoDB Database - I'm looking for someone who has the ability to manage this core service of Azure, although I have not defined the exact functions yet. • Azure Functions - A crucial element of this project. Since the specific functionalities were not specified, I need someone who possesses comprehensive knowledge of Azure functions including but not limited to triggering functions based on a timer, integrating with other Azure services, and processing data from IoT devices. • Azure IoT Hub - Expertise with Azure IoT Hub is key, as we will be dealing with Internet of Things devices. Although specific requirements were not very detail, this project will be an intersection of these Azure services, hence a comprehensive understanding of them is key. A previous track record in handling similar projects will be a definite plus.
