I have more than 15 years of experience in Contact Center management, implementing platforms such as Genesys, Asterisk, and Cisco Call Manager. In Asterisk, I have developed a WRTC solution that can be used as a mobile application or in any browser, enabling you to carry your internal extension wherever you go. This solution can be hosted on Azure, AWS, or GCP. Additionally, I have created a GUI in PHP and NodeJS for searching, reporting, and configuring the solution, integrated with MySql. I have also implemented voice recognition in banking using Asterisk, integrating UNIMRCP with AWS Polly for voice, IBM Watson ASR, and TTS for recognition and voice.
