I need an android developer to connect my simple application with firebase

It is a simple Ionic application built for android where two devices are connected via Firebase backend. First Device has only two button (Buton A and Button B) placed below the video clip in given screen shot. 1. In First device If button A or button B is pressed then message goes to second device . 2. In Second device user will read and then remove message . 3. First device user will be informed that message is received by Second User. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4.
