Native Android app Developer (java) with nodejs (backend) webRTC to make live audio streaming for our ongoing project

I need an experienced developer to help me do this native Android app development with Nodejs backend to make live audio streaming. Nodejs and Android native(Android Studio) are required to have to do this project. Our current app: [login to view URL] Frontend: Android studio with Java Backend: Nodejs with [login to view URL] Current audio streaming using: [login to view URL] Our app is like a voice club where our user can just create a voice room and a random person can join this voice club. Our app is working well with current audio streaming with Agora. But we don't want to use agora. We want to build our own WebRTC audio streaming in our VPS. So, what I need is I want to replace Agora in my application with a custom audio streaming server. Using Nodejs we will create the audio streaming server using webRTC. And then using express js it will have some route to implement in our android application.
