I'm looking for an experienced Android app developer to create a commercial application tailored for the Indonesian market. The app will have the following features:

- Sign in with OTP via WhatsApp and Google
- User-to-user chat functionality
- Payment verification system through digital wallets
- Three distinct roles: Admin, Partner, and User
- Real-time order tracking
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in Android app development

This project will require you to design a comprehensive, user-friendly interface across 30 pages. The sign-in process should be seamless, utilizing OTP through WhatsApp and Google. A significant aspect of the app is the user-to-user chat, so experience in creating such functionality is crucial. The payment system will solely use digital wallets for verification purposes, so familiarity with this process is key.
The app will cater to three different roles: Admin, Partner, and User. You should be adept at creating distinct interfaces and functionalities for each role. Moreover, the app will need to support real-time order tracking, so expertise in integrating this feature is essential.
