I'm looking for some consulting help with a project I’m embarking on.
My interest is multi-faceted, and while I’ve made some progress in some silo’s, I’m struggling bringing everything together qualitatively and as such, hoped you might be able to help develop and create a finished product I can use repeatedly.
In brief, I’m an executive search consultant and am retained to fill key executive positions by clients.
I use a standardized interview in the form of a screening interview and chronological in-depth structured interview to assess candidates “skill and will” against the performance profile or job spec to predict success in a specific job.
I currently use [login to view URL] and ChatGPT to automatically transcribe my recorded (VoIP and video) interviews and create an output that includes succinct but detailed answers to the many specific questions I need to scorecard.
This includes multiple data points, ranging from specific job competencies and industry experience to broader items, like career progression to professional pedigree.
Separately, we manually overlay in-depth reference check interviews where we also use a set of standardized questions and solicit feedback from former bosses, peers, and subordinates to validate our insights.
I’d like to create an ai based tool that further automates this process and provides a less biased quantitative and qualitative output (scorecard and bulleted details) to improve hiring managers decision quality when selecting executives for key positions.
