Make revisions to House plans CAD drawings and create 3d renderings

I have house plans in SPD file format as well as in PDF. It is a complete set. I need an Architect to make some revisions for me in the plans. I will provide the revisions in PDF with red markings. I will need these changes made in the SPD file that I send for final plans.
1. Make a couple room changes
2. Add covered driveway entry off front door entrance (extend roof ridge)
3. Make the appropriate roof changes as well.
4. Change ceiling height on basement level to be 10' minimum (some areas are taller)
5. Provide a 3D renderings of the home (exterior and interior)
6. Provide Exterior elevation
7. Once plans are completed please return back in 2 file formats DWG and PDF
Plans must complete and ready for me to submit to a local architect for stamping, with exception of some minor changes for local laws.

2. "lower level [login to view URL]" - the markings in red are the changes I want
the current full set of plans and SPD files will be given once bid is accepted.
FYI - FILES ARE NOW IN CAD DWG (not in SPD)
3d renderings details:
Provide 3d renderings of interior for the following 7 rooms:
1. Family room (main level)
2. Kitchen/dining,
3. Sun Room (formal dining room)
4. MB room,
5. MB bath
6. Entrance Foyer
7. Lower level main area
8. Home theater room
