I'm requesting 3D rendering and a detailed sunlight analysis for a design project. The goal is to showcase the design with high-quality visuals and optimize natural lighting within the house. I want to understand how sunlight interacts with the house throughout the year. This analysis will identify areas with optimal natural light and those that may require additional artificial lighting, informing design decisions like window placement, sizing, and orientation. Here's what I need: Sunlight Analysis: -Model sunlight movement and daylight penetration. -Analyze for peak summer and winter conditions in Australia (e.g., solstices). Show how sunlight enters through windows and other openings at different times of day and year. Identify areas and times when sunlight is directly hitting the house, indicating potential for optimal natural light. -Visualize the impact of sunlight on interior spaces, considering shadows and seasonal variations. I have previously done this in Revit since it has a dedicated tool for sunlight analysis. For a complete sunlight analysis, provided I have the exact building location, I will charge you $100. For designing the kitchen and living room, the fee will be $190, and for the 3D floor plan, it will be $50. In total, I will charge you $340 for completing the project. However, it would be better if I could review the AutoCAD file first. Best regards.

Dear Sir/Madam I have carefully read your requirements, I do energy efficient design following the PassivHaus standards. I can do the energy analysis along with the solar studies to help you see how the sun light interacts with the building. The tool is Revit which has a powerful in built shadow/solar study engine. It also has built in climate data as well as lat/long location simulation to calculate the angles during different times of the day over the year. I can render this with reflections and quality of light using V-ray renderer inside Revit which doesnt realistic light/material rendering of an interior space or exterior elevation/facade. I am an architect with 20+ years of experience and can easily generate high quality designs. I use 3D modelling tools like Revit and its powerful modeling features.
