I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a QR code detection and decoding solution for my web/mobile App. Currently, I take picture from the phone camera, send it to my server in base64, convert it to png. I am not using any standard QR Code libraries because I am not a developer! So, when I test generic qr decoding services with this flow they are failing because the image contains other features in the background other than the QR code (desk, table, person, etc).
