Contest Brief

THE CONTEST IS 90.00$ THE LARGER COMPLETED ARTPIECE IS 250.00$. The idea is if you can do ok on the first two characters you should be good for all. I think I can download my 'word' document and visuals to this later or better yet individualy if this app allows enough characters( letters)in there chat?The contest is aimed at getting an artist to complete an 8 to 14(depending on how you describe characters)character artwork, based on how well you do on the 'Pegleg and his talking mallard duck'. Ultimately I want wall art of 24" and artwork that will transfer to the back of a sweatshirt of 16"x16" The finale art will have 10+ characters. And there's a shirtfront 7" circular 'Crest'
that is largely done but needs completed and vectorized. Pegleg is the only man in the art. He's the focol point. His main companion is a talking mallard duck. As the focol point he is the only fairly realistic part of the artpiece.I think it's called 'Realistic comic style' The rest of it is more comical. The typography and font are important in several ways and for some of the humor it has to be done exactingly. So the AI art is problematic. So if possible I'm going to attempt to download my fairly concise detailed description saved on word, and possibly visual aids. But The contest is an attempt to get and see different artistic perceptions interpretations,different looks of an average everyday fairly good looking in shape guy. He's got a well trimmed thick mustache and beard, and nice neat hair. He's wearing a regular crew neck T-shirt that has one of the sleeves pulled up to expose a traditional Marine Corps 'EAGLE GLOBE AND ANCHOR' insignia tattoo on his fairly well muscled shoulder
The shirt has the exact same art as you're making, printed on his shirt. He also has cut-off,over the knee, jeans shorts with a rope belt. He's got a pegleg, a short, well under the knee, metal capped wooden peg. And so he can walk on the beautiful white sand beach he's got a Frisbee ducttaped to the peg, and as he's calmly nonchalantly sitting there 'on a wooden chair'? with a good humored smile on his face he's got a sand shark (a fin) firmly pinned to the sand under his frisby'd peg! He's got a traditional small steel ball style chain draped around his neck holding traditional dog tags stamped with his Info
He's also wearing sunglasses and a long brimmed cap. If possible have embroidered on the hat 'PEGLEG SWIMCLUB CAPTAIN'. In one hand he's holding a reddish/brown smoking cigar with 'CUBANA' very neatly but boldly and easily Legibly stamped on it. He's holding it with his thumb and index(pointer)finger with his remaining three fingers up in the AOK sign he's flashing to the paragliding pizza guy while he is actually looking up at the desending parachuted crate. In his other hand he's holding an ice cold frosted pewter beer stein with a good head of beer that he's just taken a drink of that left the remnant of foam on his mustache.?
Next to Pegleg is a cartoonish talking mallard duck and (if possible)it's also wearing a small brimmed baseball cap and sunglasses and he and Pegleg are looking at the same point above them in the sky at a desending wooden crate dangling at the end of a parachute that has written on the chute 'made in Wuhan' and stenciled on the crate is 'BEANS BANDAIDS BOOZE' with the BOOZE crossed out by hand and a ☹️ frowny face over that. And with an incredulously angry anguished look upon seeing and reading that,the duck said "WTF PEG" "NO BOOZE?!!! AND Pegleg still with a tranquill smile says " "SWIM SALTY' DUCKEROO, SWIM SALTY'" THE CONTEST will be primarily how well Pegleg is conceived. I'm still determining if I'll go with a fully colored and inked PEG. As apposed to a black and white and/or grayscale scene where he's somehow shown to have just drank the NOT BUD LIGHT' and color begins to infuse through out his head and face to the top few inches of the T-shirt and also in that hand holding the pewter beerstein. Anyway I'll see both the B&Wand the colored,go from there

  Yeah, 99% of this is so ridiculous it's actually funny. I've got a hook bated with a hot dog in my description (which is funny) and one of the art submissions has a dog in the air over water.witch is also kind of funny someone could make that logic step?. I'm interested in your interpretation of my description. You've got an advantage if you can draw a hotdog on a oversized hook underwater? Actually it's based on your Pegleg and his talking mallard duck. If you want to throw a hooked hotdog in there that's good to. I would like to see your art. Just a sketch if you don't want to put to much into it before payment. Oh,, if you do draw the fishing rig with the hotdog make sure the bobbers on top of the water and the dog is under water.   I imagine unless it's a really good artist, by now I can tell. It's definitely easy if there's typography involved. I'm not awarding this to AI, and I said that in the description. Even if someone gets lucky or skilled enough to get the two characters Pegleg and his talking mallard right using AI it would be astronomical odds to get a 15 character artpiece correct
  The goal is to get an artist to complete the larger piece by doing a good job on the main character and his duck. I'm not awarding anything to AI
