Contest Brief

Design a Modern, clean, commercial logo for “ Ion Systems Ltd.” The logo should be clear, and easily identifiable plus memorable. Should be easily recognized at short glance. The logo should portray trust, quality, reliability and modern (clean commercial feel). Ion systems is an electrical contracting company serving residential and commercial clients. With projects like computer cabling, smart home install, home electrical, and commercial electrical.

Why Ion? The Story Behind the Name
At Ion Systems Ltd., we believe the smallest things can make the biggest difference. An ion, a single charged particle,
might be invisible to the eye, but it carries energy, motion, and connection—the very forces that power the modern world.

We chose the name Ion because it represents everything we stand for. Just as ions flow to create energy, our work creates powerful connections—between homes, businesses, and the systems that keep them running. An ion isn’t static; it moves, charges, and drives forward. That’s the spirit we bring to every project: constant motion, reliable energy, and forward-thinking solutions.

From the smallest wire to the most complex electrical system, we treat every component with precision and care—because even the smallest charge matters. Whether it’s lighting up a home, energizing a business, or future-proofing an industrial space, Ion Systems Ltd. exists to bring energy where it’s needed most.

The requirements are as follows:

- No copycat, GPT, low quality logos. We will reject instantly any logos that don’t follow the guidelines provided. Don’t waste your time uploading if you don’t bother reading this scope.

- Logo will have variations for different applications. We need an emblem version with the characters “Ion” to dominate. We also need version with the Ltd. and without. The logo can be inline or in emblem or a combination of both.

- Must have a square format version (icon) for social and web

- Must have a unique design and to not be confused with other brands using “ION” (Good image search ION for inspiration and to find existing branding)

- Deliverable must have colour, all black, and all white versions.

- Deliverable must contain all versions in transparent PDF, Vector, and web ready formats.

- Colours will be a bright or florescent green/ yellow with a dark grey or black complimentary colour. We will likely be using dark backgrounds for our branding such as a Dark mode website, black trucks, black business cards etc.

- Please allow some time to present the final logo design on a mockup of business cards, trade service truck, shirts, hats, letterhead, landing page etc. This is helpful to visually see the final product.
