*** Need completed today. I need a creative powerpoint slide with multiple data points to communicate a hiring plan to my CFO and CEO. I have 3 different jobs I am currently hiring for (Area Director, Territory Manager, and Field Clinical Representative). My CFO has given me a high and low range that I can offer for each position. I want to show the names of the individuals I have interviewed and want to make offers to and where these offers fall in relation the salary parameters the company has allotted for. There are also parameters of what I am allowed to offer on stock options with these positions (a high and low). I want to show the stock options that I will offer each employee and where that falls in the range of what I am allowed to offer. Most employees offers are lower than what the company max offer is allowed, but there are a few that will show to be above the salary and stock parameters I was given. Thanks for you help with this. Looking for a little creativity.
