Contest Brief

We are starting a new company specialising in property consulting and require a modern but functional logo.
The business will carry out the following services:
1. Pre-purchase inspections: including meth testing, asbestos inspections, building inspections and thermal Imaging inspections
2. Engineering: Including engineering reports, geothermal reports, structural reports
3. Planning: Resource consent, building consent
4. Council: CCC (code of compliance) and COA (code of acceptance)
The company is heavily focused on excellent customer service. There is a gap in the market in New Zealand with not many people offering the entire suite of services.

The name of the business is 'Bridge Property Consultants'
The point is that they DO NOT build bridges. The word 'bridge' stemmed from how they bridge the gaps between the homeowner and the various tradespeople who are required to carry out the work. Also bridging the gap between the homeowner and the council is always difficult for any layman.
So any renovations or other building work can be completely managed by this company.

What am I looking for?
I am looking for a logo that is comfortably positioned in the top right spectrum of the brand positioning chart. One that looks professional, clean and versatile. It will be used on the website, billboards, vehicle signage plus all the normal stationary such as business cards.
I would recommend that first drafts are presented in black and white in order to get the clarity of the design and know that it can even work in one colour. Once one is selected, then we can go about adding colour that stands out among the competitors.

All files MUST be supplied in vector format - Adobe Illustrator .ai or .eps. Supporting fonts must also be supplied.
