Contest Brief

I'm looking for a gifted graphic designer to create an abstract-style logo alongside comprehensive branding assets for my engineering and consulting firm, PCS Resources. We specialize in process control design and programming on DCS and PLC platforms.

Requirements:
- Craft an abstract-style logo using a color palette that conveys prestigiousness and exclusivity.
- Design business cards, letterhead, and social media graphics
- Develop various marks and a comprehensive branding and style guide
- Incorporate a mark with 'PCSR'
- An animated GIF logo version would be a bonus but not required
- Use the attached idea board (ideas.pdf)as a design basis. The current design concept involves merging the two symbols (the PLC P&ID Symbol and DCS P&ID Symbol (PLC_DCS_Symbols)) that represent the program functionality on design drawings within the industry we operate. However, variant designs are both acceptable and encouraged.
- Provide all assets in both raw/native format and final/useable output format.

Skills and experience:
- Proficient in graphic design software
- Experience in creating corporate branding
- Understanding of abstract art and minimalist design
- Ability to create an engaging animated GIF logo

Please note that the design basis is currently just a collection of thoughts. All ideas, particularly those that diverge from this, are welcome.
