snwriters can perhaps improve their services by replying messages more promptly and using higher standards of English in their work. Nonetheless, i would say research is done adequately and still puts in effort to improve their work based on my requests.

Terrible experience. He submitted 6 articles under the violation of plagiarism, but actually, It's ok because he fixed and submitted those articles after I found the plagiarism. However, his attitude was the worst I have ever experienced. He did not apologize when first time I found it and he never stop excusing and justifying by saying such as "didn't figure out what the problems at first, there are many people on freelancer who won't rework, different teams work differently, etc..." all the time. He called it "explanation" and told me that he never excused and as he said that helps to keep the relationship between clients and freelancers. I doubt his sense of understanding. I am pretty sure that he still does not understand what the real problem is. Not only he justified himself but also blamed me for not understand his explanations. I got stressed by him and wasted a large amount of time.
