I am a Developer turned Engineering Head. Currently I work with a team of 18 awesome developers, designers and stake holders to solve problems in Secure Communications Industry. I have 5+ years of industry experience as Engineering Head and Android Developer. I have been working in a fully remote role for 5 years now managing a remote team spread across Europe and Asia. The challenges on the remote work industry are very different from a regular office going work culture. I have been through many of them in the 5 years that I have spent working and managing a team. I read about technology and SMEs and have a decent understanding of how to mix both of them.
