I'm seeking a skilled professional to integrate my fuel management system with Zapier. The main focus of this project is to enhance fuel tracking and monitoring capabilities. Additionally, I need specific insights for fuel cost analysis, primarily from reviewing fuel purchase history. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Extensive experience with Zapier integrations - Proficiency in working with fuel management systems - Strong analytical skills for interpreting fuel purchase data - Familiarity with CRM software, Email marketing tools and E-commerce platforms will be an advantage. Project Outline We utilise a Fluid Management System form a company call FMT, there is an existing API and documentation available and we have used this API with a previous system, but there is no existing integration in Zapier currently. Probably need to use webhooks etc. We need to: 1] Updated from a MS excel CSV file Vehicle data using the API 2] Updated from a MS excel CSV file Plant data using the API These files will be generated by an internal system and loaded to a specific location either on SharePoint or other FTP etc. This is flexible depending on best fit. These need to be updated based on changes This need to happen maybe a couple of times per day. 3] We need to download a list of Transactions via the API. This need to be ingested into an onsite database currently MySQL but could be something different if easier. This needs to happen nearly live as some transaction require immediate action internally to oncharge etc.
