Boutique recruitment agency is seeking an individual to perform Data Research & Data Entry duties either on a spreadsheet or within our Applicant Tracking System. Additionally, this person would also assist with day-to-day tasks and operational tasks as outlined below and deliver high-quality work under little to no supervision.
This is a great long-term/indefinite opportunity for a professional, resourceful and dedicated assistant. It starts out as a part-time role and could remain as such or could become a full-time role, depending on your preference, performance, success rate and business needs. Note: There's a limited budget ($3.00/hour) for this position.
Job Description – Including but not limited to:
Majority of the work consists of:
• Data Research: Finding business contacts including emails and phone numbers.
• Data Entry: Inputting information into the Applicant Tracking System accurately and efficiently.
• CRM (PCRecruiter): Organizing and inputting business contacts into our CRM software; assisting with the upkeep of accurate data.
• Thorough note-taking of all activities.
• Thorough follow-up on any outstanding tasks as assigned.
• General Administrative Tasks: Providing support with various administrative duties as needed.
Other tasks might include:
• Job Board Maintenance: Post job openings to job boards, remove filled jobs; Research niche job boards, etc.
• Word processing tasks such as resume formatting, etc.
• Assist with sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for job openings.
• Edit job specifications.
• Other duties as assigned.
Possible, but NOT likely tasks (optional):
• Respond to e-mails and phone calls.
• Follow-up calls as directed.
• Schedule (zoom) video-appointments for interviews.
• Manage and maintain calendars.
• Conduct reference checks (primarily via e-mail).
Ideal Skills:
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM software (ideally PCR, but we can train).
• Excellent online research skills to find business contacts. Practical experience with free contact finder tools.
• Efficient data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with system maintenance.
• Experience with current technologies like desktop sharing cloud services, and communication tools like Skype and Zoom.
• Capable of handling general administrative tasks.
• Strong English communication skills - both orally and written - to report findings and progress.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, results-oriented, motivated, hardworking, drive to succeed.
• Reliable, adept at problem solving.
• Well rounded, creative, resourceful, detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to multi-task.
Requirements:
• Reliable high-speed Internet connection; Skype and (free) Zoom account.
• Significant experience in working as a Data Researcher/Assistant or other relevant position.
• Advanced Word and intermediate Excel skills.
• Decent typing speed (50+ WpM).
• Ability to work at least 4 hours of each shift between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. PST (Pacific Standard Time).

• Please indicate all day & time ranges (in PST) you’d be able to work or any days & times you would "not" be able to work.
• If possible, please provide a audio/voice sample of a brief summary of your data research experience, how you go about finding individuals (e.g. the CEOs or VPs of a company), and which tools you've used in the past.
We are looking for a reliable and efficient individual who can assist with these tasks. The expected weekly time commitment is variable, typically ranging between 10 and 40 hours. We currently use PCRecruiter as our ATS.
