As we grow, we are seeking a skilled HR freelancer to handle our recruitment needs for both technical and non-technical roles.
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced freelance HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles at Alpyne Labs. This individual will work closely with the leadership team to understand hiring needs, craft job descriptions, source and screen candidates, and facilitate the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the executive team to understand hiring needs for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Create detailed job descriptions based on the requirements provided by the hiring team.
- Post job listings on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
- Source candidates through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit for the role.
- Coordinate with the executive team to schedule technical and company fit interviews.
- Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally with exposure to both tech and non-tech hiring.
- Familiarity with hiring in the Web3, fintech, or blockchain space is a plus.
- Ability to source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and the leadership team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation:
- Payment will be made on a per-hire basis, or project-based fee, depending on the agreement.
