LMS & Digital Learning Specialist Advanced English-Speaking Instructors

We’re seeking an LMS & Digital Learning Specialist to build, manage, and continuously improve our learning materials. You’ll be instrumental in shaping client experiences within Thinkific and enhancing our Framework and our Wordpress site. Must have the ability to make the complex simple. Communicate effectively on all levels and build trust embrace others from where they are. Highly skilled in Animations, modeling and visualizations are bonuses Responsibilities: Set up and customize course structures, modules, quizzes, and assessments in Thinkific. Monitor and update course materials, ensuring alignment with the Framework. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS and support the Client Success Specialist with any course-related queries. Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to keep learning materials fresh, relevant, and branded. Requirements: 2+ years of experience with LMS platforms (Thinkific experience a plus). Also CRM Engagebay and RingCentral, Stripe and Xero also helpful but not required) Proficiency with digital learning tools and instructional design best practices. Ability to troubleshoot LMS issues and support end-users. Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.
