Overview The Medic Booking Form streamlines the appointment booking process, allowing clients to select their health plan, service, and an available medic, and then provide contact details for final confirmation. How it Works Health Plan Selection: The client begins by choosing their Health Plan from the first drop-down box. This choice filters the available services in the next step. Service Selection: Based on the selected health plan, a second drop-down box shows all services associated with that plan. After selecting a service, the next drop-down box will appear. Medic Selection: The third drop-down box lists the medics available for the selected service. The client selects a medic to proceed. Enter Contact Information: After selecting a medic, the client fills out their name, phone number, and email address. This information is necessary to confirm the booking. Submit and Confirmation: Once all fields are filled, the client presses "Submit" to complete the booking. An automatic confirmation email is sent to the clinic, providing details about the appointment request, including the selected health plan, service, medic, and client contact information. Backend Setup Service Registration: Admins can register each service and specify which health plans each service supports. This setup determines which services are available when a client selects a specific health plan. Medic Registration: Admins can register medics and link them to the services they provide. This setup ensures that only the medics relevant to a service appear in the drop-down after a service is selected. This flow ensures an efficient and organized booking process, simplifying both client selection and clinic communication.
