Looking for a VBA programmer who can write a script that opens a .txt file, reformats the text, and puts that data in two related Access tables in a single Access database. The .txt file is a daily order log file that contains around 20 orders. The orders have header information (order number, customer name, billing address, shipping address, special instructions comment field, etc. ) which needs to be reformatted and inserted into the order header table. The orders also have order detail information (qty ordered, item number). If the order number already exists in the Access header table, then that order and it's detail should not be imported into Access. I'd like to have the script scheduled to happen every hour between 8 am and 6pm, Monday - Friday.
