Security Guards KPIs Development

I'm looking to establish KPIs for our security personnel. The key areas of focus are: - Attendance and Punctuality: Monitoring the reliability and commitment of our security team. - Incident Response Time: Evaluating the efficiency and promptness in handling security incidents. - Security Patrol Coverage: Ensuring all areas are adequately monitored and secured. Goals and Objectives 2.1 The overall objective of the security plan is: 2.1.1 Addressing concerns regarding patients, visitors, staff, and property. 2.1.2 Ensuring proper identification of patients, staff, visitors, and contractors. 2.1.3 Provision and monitoring of access control to restricted areas defined by the Security Plan as mentioned in Restricted Space Policy. 2.1.4 Ensuring that annual orientation on emergency codes is conducted for all staff. 2.1.5 Establishing a mechanism for handling aggressive or violent patients, visitors, or the clinic staff. 2.1.6 Ensuring that security related incidents and near misses are investigated and documented. 2.1.7 Defining the roles of security in cases of emergencies and disasters. 2.2 Goals: 2.2.1 Conducting daily inspections for the next 12 months. 2.2.2 Ensure closing all security issues from inspection reports. Data for these KPIs will be collected manually by supervisors and noted in a written document. The primary audience for this document will be upper management, so the KPIs need to be clearly defined and presented in a way that is easily understandable for senior executives. Ideal skills and experience for the job would include: - Knowledge of security operations and relevant KPIs. - Experience in data collection and analysis. - Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
