We have a site that is currently up online. We need a wordpress EXPERT who can customize a WordPress theme to look EXACTLY like the current site. A few requirements with the site: - Responsive design is a MUST - Must be fast to load - Include a video library auto-load off of YouTube channel - Integrate one central blog that auto-updates facebook, twitter, linkedin, Google+ blogs Your skills: VERY detailed oriented when it comes to design. Must be pixel perfect Able to modify any theme or plugin BONUS if you have skills to create your own plugins VERY familiar with W3Cache and making WP sites load very fast You personal attributes: ALWAYS see's a job through completion easy to work with Able to go the extra mile to make a client happy Be responsive to emails and have great communication skills. Too many developers that we've dealt with in the past flake or don't reply to emails. Communication is #1 to us Be honost about time and money it will cost to get things done Number one is that we NEED and ONLY work with dependable people.
