Project Background and Objective
[login to view URL] is a "Website as a Service (WaaS)" platform aimed at online teachers/trainers, coaches, consultants, e-commerce entrepreneurs, event organizers, and SMEs. The service enables users to quickly and easily create sales funnels via an intuitive interface, offering advanced customization options and integrated hosting.
The site is already configured with WordPress Multisite and the main required plugins. We are seeking an experienced freelancer to finalize the configuration, enhance the design, and ensure an optimal user experience.
Project Details
1. Main Objectives
- Finalize the configuration of plugins and extensions.
- Create an intuitive and visually appealing user interface.
- Ensure mobile compatibility (mobile-first design).
2. Deliverables
- A fully functional and operational website with a finalized user interface.
- A guided onboarding experience for new users.
- An operational client portal for managing subscriptions.
3. Tasks to Complete
- Plugins:
- Review and optimize the configuration of WordPress Multisite.
- Configure and customize the WP Ultimo plugin for managing subdomains and the WaaS interface.
- Hosting:
- Verify compatibility with choosen hosting on Hostinger.
- Confirm SSL certificate activation for each generated subdomain (subdomains & SSL must be enerated automatically without any humain intervention)
- Create an attractive and intuitive user interface
- Implement a mobile-first design for optimal compatibility on smartphones and tablets.
- Develop a guided onboarding experience to assist new users.
4. Required Skills
- Expertise in WordPress Multisite.
- In-depth knowledge of WP Ultimo and WP Funnels plugins.
- Proficiency in at least one of the mentioned page builders (Divi, Elementor, Oxygen, Bricks, or Gutenberg).
- Experience in UX/UI design with a focus on non-technical user needs.
- Skills in mobile-first optimization.
- Understanding of payment and subscription management systems.
5. Timeline
