modify school management software build on PHP laravel (5000 INR)

My budget is only 5000 INR 1. need to import and export student bulk all classes in a single excel sheet.(any classes any section) 2. Fees master (in this fee type is not binded up so bind it), modules are there but missing like collect fees and , fees discount. and marksheet setup module are missing. 3. need to export certificates, admit card, std id , teacher id, results in bulk. class wise, student wise already there. 4. can check how many students are in class 1- class n (where n is 1-12 any ). eg class1-3,1-5,1-10,1-12 5. can check/search students category wise, gender wise class 1- class n (where n is 1-12 any ). eg class1-3,1-5,1-10,1-12 6. students, teachers how many present, how many absent, how many late and how many half day ,when adding data it must reflect. on dashboard in graph 7. fully remove each link, codecanyon and other developers name and write Kashish Computers, remove default logo and favicon , put my given logo's and set to bydefault. 8. after taking bacup restore issue, searching issue , when searching it redirects and show error. Automatic Daily backup must 9. total student fees (total, how much come), total teachers salary (total, how much given) show on dashboard in graph. 10. if we take fees from student it will automatic add to the income module. and while giving the salary to teachers it should automatic add to the expenses module. And also fees history should be present and salary history also. 11. add multi branch option setup module. 12. Add quick panel so that all features will show on a single page. 13. Default id their email id and default password should be 123456 for every users 14. class 1-12 how many students paid fees , how much yet to come, on dashboard it should reflect 15. While exporting students We can export with few details which we want. Just like name of the student with caste , mobile no. 16. Need same theme as of infix edu and also Same login for every users. And same website page as of infix edu 17. Mp board prapatra which every mp board school had to give to govt. Of mp so need to make that also. 18. If SAAS available as nulled than plz give. 19.
