Odoo Based Doctor Dashboard Enhancement

We are developing a Hospital Management System (HMS) using Odoo, where the Doctor Dashboard is a critical feature. The goal is to dynamically display all patient records in the Doctor Dashboard, enable doctors to record consultation details seamlessly, and maintain a consultation history log for each patient, similar to how activities and records are logged in Odoo CRM for quotations/invoices. Current Problem The current implementation does not fulfill the following key requirements: [login to view URL] Patient Listing: The Doctor Dashboard does not dynamically display all patient records from the Patient model. Key patient details (e.g., Name, DOB, Email) are missing or not properly displayed. [login to view URL] Workflow: The workflow to navigate from the dashboard to a consultation form for recording vitals, prescriptions, or other notes is incomplete. Selected patient data is not being passed seamlessly between views. [login to view URL] History Logging: There is no way to record consultation history for a patient in a structured format. Doctors need a history log where each consultation is automatically recorded (similar to how quotations/invoices are logged in Odoo CRM activities). [login to view URL] Models: The Patient and Doctor models should remain independent while enabling interaction and preserving consultation records. Expectations from a Consultant: 1. Dynamically display patient data in the Doctor Dashboard. 2. Enable seamless navigation between the dashboard and consultation form. 3. Log consultations in the patient's history automatically. We are using Odoo 18 SaaS model for the implementation of a custom HMS module.
