Job Description: Full Stack Developer
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React, Node.js, MongoDB, Azure, Azure DevOps, and GitHub. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in full stack development, along with a degree in Computer Science or a related field. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
Develop scalable and responsive web applications using React for front-end and Node.js for back-end.
Design, implement, and maintain APIs for efficient communication between front-end and back-end systems.
Create and manage databases using MongoDB, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.
Utilize Azure services to deploy, monitor, and manage cloud-based applications, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate the development, testing, and deployment processes.
Manage source code and version control using GitHub/Gitlab, ensuring code quality and collaboration among team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, identify bottlenecks, and optimize application performance.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on React, Node.js, MongoDB, Azure, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with modern front-end libraries and frameworks.
Strong expertise in building RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js.
Solid understanding of database design, querying, and optimization, particularly with MongoDB.
Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure, for application deployment, monitoring, and management.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for setting up CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment.
Proficiency in version control using Git and GitHub, including branching, merging, and pull requests.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A portfolio of past projects demonstrating your skills and capabilities will be a plus.
