Need some modifications in my android app

I have a android app and I need some modifications in it. Basically on its home screen it has 6-7 buttons for 6-7 screens, I want to place a if/else call before calling those buttons (so when button is clicked, before going to their screens, a if/else check is made). The if/else call will check for a BOOL value, the bool value will be for a user whether he has purchased the app or not, to get the bool value you just need to call a webAPI and get the value, its either YES or NO. Other then that, also need a new screen added to register the app, there the user can register his app if he purchased it, the screen will have only a textfield and a button, clicking button will call the webAPI and show its result. Looking for urgent priority on this, have some followup additional work as well to change icons (graphics by me).
