SVG Image Creation - Line Art & Lacework

I'm in need of a skilled graphic designer who can convert a PNG line art image of a building into SVG format, while adding subtle improvements from a photo of the same building. You will also create a new vintage-style, circular SVG image inspired by a picture of cast-iron lacework. The level of detail should be moderately complex, with clear shapes. Ideal Skills: - Proficiency in SVG format - Experience with graphic design and image conversion - Ability to add creative details and improvements - Understanding of vintage, ornate design Please provide samples of your previous work, ideally with similar requirements. Attached are the current line-art PNG, and an image of the circular cast-iron shape for the second circular SVG.
