Hello there, I have recently built something very similar for scarping wine prices from UK grocery stores (like Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, Sainsbury etc). The scraper collected the prices either from JSONs, XMLs or from the html of the site if that was nothing else. Then the scraped results were loaded into an Azure database. Though I did it in python, I can do the same in C# as well. Based on the attached screenshots, I am going to work with JSON responses here as well. I understand you worry about people bidding low then increasing the price higher and higher.
